In the Spotlight with DJ JS-1
New York City, the city where dreams are made, has produced many famous names, including Donald Trump, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Robert De Niro, Aaliyah, and many more. What all of them have in common is the undying passion and desire to succeed, even from the ground up, doing everything in their power to achieve their dreams and pursue their passions.
This trait seems to be shared by many New Yorkers, from all walks of life, and from many different industries. And such is the case with DJ JS-1, who is proud to be one of the few DJs to ever produce and release his own albums, ranging from 12” singles, to mixtapes, to CDs, to sound effects records, and party break records to this day, on top of all of the things needed, and clamored for, from a DJ.
